Hi all!

We’re happy to announce that we will be participating in [Google Summer of Code 2023](https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/)!

# Projects

At a high level, we’ve got the following projects in mind:

- mobile capabilities
  - android SDK
  - iOS SDK

- Adding an OpenFHE backend for HEbench [(see hebench:reference-palisade-backend)](https://github.com/hebench/reference-palisade-backend)

# Participation
