# Rotation of ciphertexts on column-basis

Hey everyone, considering the matrix format for batched encrypted data, is it possible to rotate a ciphertext on a column-basis, i.e., swap the rows as implemented [here](https://github.com/microsoft/SEAL/blob/206648d0e4634e5c61dcf9370676630268290b59/native/examples/6_rotation.cpp#L100) in SEAL?
