# Testing security level

If i choose small Ring Dimension i will “get” bad security level. There are some test and methods(no brute force) to check the security level of FHE encryption

Could you clarify what your question is? I don’t see a question in the post.

Internally, `FindRingDim` and `FindMaxQ` (see [Class StdLatticeParm — OpenFHE documentation](https://openfhe-development.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/classlbcrypto_1_1StdLatticeParm.html?highlight=FindRingDim#_CPPv4N8lbcrypto14StdLatticeParm11FindRingDimE16DistributionType13SecurityLevel5usint)) are used to find minimum ring dimension for a given value of \log Q or maximum \log Q for a given value of ring dimension. Not sure if this answers your question. But this is how check the compliance in the code.
