This stable version includes the following changes:

- Corrects the noise estimation for BGV/BFV multiparty scenarios
- Adjusts the logic when trying to bootstrap CKKS ciphertexts with remaining levels
- Adds exception handling for several reported issues
- Fixes several examples
- Includes several documentation fixes
