In Ckks while setting the public key we choose an error polynomial from a Gaussian distribution with a small standard deviation(i.e. the sigma), what is that sigma value used here in the openfhe code?
The standard deviation of the discrete Guassian distribution (\sigma) is set to 3.19 following the “FHE standard”.
