I would like to ask about the setting of the set public key in some threshold schemes. In the paper Multiparty Computation with Low Communication, Computation and Interaction via Threshold FHE, where the collective public key is the sum of various public keys, is there any difference in our threshold scheme where the collective public key is the last party’s public key

It is done in a sequence in the examples so the last party’s public key is the sum of all the public keys.
