Are there any reasons why the last community standard is from November 2018
(Standard – Homomorphic Encryption Standardization)?
Could you please clarify your question? Are you asking why it is considered as a standard document or why it has not been updated since 2018? It would be helpful if you could formulate your question more clearly and use proper English grammar.
I would like to ask why the last update was only available in 2018. Because CKKS Paper was published in 2017 and CKKS RNS in 2019, so I wasn’t sure if there might be a new standardisation
There is a new document that is being prepared by the community. The zero-th version of this document was published at Security Guidelines for Implementing Homomorphic Encryption. But I would like to note that this document is still work in progress, and significant changes are expected in the next version of the document. So it is better to use the 2018 document for now.
“note that this document is still work in progress, and significant changes are expected in the next version of the document”
but the written information is correct and can be quoted?(table information too?)
