Layman HE comparison?

Hi everyone, I’m curious if there exists a comparison for layman in the different libraries that exist, and if not, what would be required to create one for the benefit of those first stumbling upon homomorphic encryption for the first time?

Yeap! Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and I’ll try my best to help out. But otherwise you should refer to that post which:

  1. evaluates the different libraries from a beginner’s perspective

  2. tries to elucidate the process of learning about HE from a beginner’s perspective

For more background, I had no experience in HE whatsoever before I embarked on my journey (I even forgot what the chinese remainder theorem meant)
